There is no general parking at Drumsheds. Parking at Drumsheds is reserved ONLY for event Exhibitors and Disabled Blue Badge holders. Event Exhibitors must display the personalised badge they have been sent and Blue Badge Holders must display their blue badge to park onsite. There is a pay and display car park just across the road at Tesco which is available to all attendees at a cost of £15 per day.
Be respectful of all cosplayers. Ask permission to take photographs first. AnimeCon UK is dedicated to providing a safe place where fans can celebrate fandom to its fullest. Safety, security & an open, inclusive, respectful environment with zero tolerance for misbehaviour are fundamental to the show. We do not tolerate violence, mistreatment, or any type of harassment towards staff, exhibitors, guests, or attendees at any of our events. If you feel your or others’ safety is in question, please report directly to security on-site. If you or someone else has been involved in an incident we should be aware of, please report this to the event organisers and or security at the show.
Prop firearms are allowed only if they can’t be mistaken for real weapons. If it looks like a real gun, it cannot come into the event. Realistic prop guns must have their red caps in place. No cap guns, airsoft guns, or BB guns at all. Prop weapons are allowed at the event if they’re made of cardboard, foam, or similar light material. Plastic and wooden prop weapons are generally OK but must be reviewed by our security team. This includes any sort of “ironic” or satirical costumes that appropriate Nazi paraphernalia. Can you cosplay as a Stormtrooper in Star Wars or the Zeon in Gundam? Yes. The show does not forbid science fiction and fantasy characters with designs loosely inspired by conflict. No metal weapons, sharp weapons, or blunt weapons. This includes items like a bokken and baseball bats. Prop bows will be allowed providing they are unstrung. All arrows must have soft tips. No water guns, silly string, vuvuzelas, or fire.
AnimeCon is an exciting event and we encourage people to take photos and videos, special permission is not needed to bring a camera to the event. However, we ask all photographers/videographers with professional equipment to register onsite at the event to ensure that all our attendees feel safe and comfortable to attend AnimeCon. After registering your name and contact details (email, website, phone number) you will be given a photographer's wristband and will be free to use your equipment at the event as long as you follow the show guidelines. Guidelines: Photography/videography is permitted in all public areas of the show unless signs or staff indicate otherwise. Outside of organised activities on stages, exhibitor stands and signings, permission must be granted by all subjects of a photo or video before beginning to take photos or videos. The photographer/videographer must show the subject what has been taken if they ask to see. It is unacceptable to take or attempt to take images deliberately geared towards compromising common decency or the dignity of the subject, for example contriving the cameras position to shoot up a skirt or kilt. Any equipment used must be held by the photographer alone. Free standing equipment or additional equipment held by other people e.g. lights or flashes are not permitted, unless part of a booked trading or exhibiting space.
Fans who require accessibility services and have a medical /support companion with them may request a complimentary admission pass for their service person. The medical companion will receive a general admission one-day pass and will be granted access to the same areas of the show as the fan requiring assistance. For example, if a VIP Pass is purchased, their companion will receive a complimentary day pass and will be given access to all VIP areas, lines and lounges etc. to aid the fan who requires their assistance. Medical companions / supporters are required to stay with and assist the patron with disabilities. The medical companion is not entitled to any merchandise benefits, “line-jumps” or exclusive benefits. The complimentary admission pass must be collected from the Accessibility Services Desk on the same day it is to be used. Please note that if the attendee is planning on attending the show for more than one day, that is, has a multiple-day pass, the companion must retrieve their complimentary day pass each day individually from the Accessibility Services Desk.

There are lots of food outlets at The Drumsheds so feel free to leave the show for a snack or lunch. You are also free to bring your own refreshments into the show but no alcohol. Oh, and there is a Tesco across the road from the venue!
If you have purchased advance tickets to the show, you will not have to queue at the box office to purchase tickets, but you may have to join the entrance queue... Don’t worry we will try are hardest to get you in as soon as possible. At this point, we cannot guarantee that there will be ticket available on the day but keep refreshing this website closer to the show to check availability.
AnimeCon London offers an assortment of interactive activities that reach all learning styles and levels of interest. For those who need it, there is Disabled parking close to the entrance of the venue and the show is all on one level making it easy for wheelchair access; consult the venue website for details. Seating areas are located throughout the event space for your convenience. All visitors, including those in wheelchairs and those with special needs, will find AnimeCon to be a fun, enriching and educational experience. Guide dogs for the blind and service dogs for people with disabilities are welcome.

By entering you inherently grant The Organisers, its partners, and exhibitors permission to use such images or footage for archival or promotional purposes without compensation or acknowledgment.
Please don’t buy badges from secondary ticketing agents or strangers on social media! Visitors to our shows have been scammed before,and we are unable to refund fans for counterfeits or replace them with real badges.
There is a strong possibility of selling out. AnimeCon London is going to be one of the largest Asian culture events to take place in Europe in 2023 and we are expecting large crowds. In order to ensure your admission to the event, purchase your tickets online before the event (and save money) or at the venue's box office during the event. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available onsite at the Box Office the weekend of the event so keep refreshing this site to check availability. Can I just rock up at the entrance of the show with my print off ticket voucher? Yes, we will scan your tickets upon arrival.
AnimeCon London will offer paid autographing with various guests – with the guests themselves charging for their signatures. No special ticket is needed to attend these signings. During each official paid autograph signing session, fans with VIP bracelets may move to the front of the line. Simply show your VIP wristband to a staff member. You MUST still pay for your autograph.
If you did not receive your confirmation email, you can email Eventim or you can use your confirmation number to pick up your tickets at the Box Office located in the entrance of the show on the day of the event you booked.
No. Providing the show does not sell out you can purchase a ticket on your phone outside the entrance of the show on both days.
In a word…No. There will be no discount tickets available with discount voucher companies to the show.
The ticket you purchase online is valid only for the date you purchase it for. For example, if you choose Saturday for your tickets, you can arrive Saturday only. If you purchase a festival 2 day pass the wristband you are issued with gets you in on all 2 days. I purchased tickets for the wrong day, can I switch my tickets? Tickets purchased online should be printed out and brought with you to the event but it is OK to save paper and ink and bring the QR code on your phone. You will be day specific wristbands so we know if you have been in….or not. Please make every effort to print your eTickets before arriving at the venue to ensure a smooth entrance into the event. The name on the confirmation only refers to the individual that purchased the ticket. As long as the order is valid entry will be fine.
These cards are not required. A photo ID and/or credit card make it easier to verify an order in our database. However, if you received the tickets as a gift and do not have these forms of identification, we will still be able to verify your tickets.

You must be 18 years or older by May 1st of the year that you want to volunteer for the show.
Of course! If you meet the age requirement, you are welcome to volunteer. Please note that we do not provide any airfare or accommodations for our volunteer program.
While we cannot guarantee that you will all be accepted into the same role, you can apply to be in the same department. You can choose your department preference on your application.
Heads of departments will contact all applicants they would like to interview for their respective roles. Once you have been interviewed (online) and confirmed, you will need to complete your volunteer form (Background Check, DBS if required and general information about yourself).
Yes. Meals and refreshments will be provided for all volunteers. Hours of Operation and location will be provided later.
